Immunohistochemistry Protocol
Detection of antigens in tissue sections using LabReCon antibodies.
Paraffin-Embedded Sections (IHC-P)
- Deparaffinize in xylene, 2×5 min
- Rehydrate through graded ethanol (100%, 95%, 70%)
- Antigen retrieval: heat in citrate buffer pH 6.0, 20 min
- Block endogenous peroxidase with 3% H₂O₂, 10 min
- Block with 5% normal serum, 30 min
- Incubate with primary antibody (1:200) overnight at 4°C
- Incubate with HRP-conjugated secondary, 30 min at RT
- Develop with DAB substrate, 5-10 min
- Counterstain with hematoxylin
- Dehydrate and mount
